Our philosophy is that fitness extends beyond the physical, it is about MINDFUL connected to your body, food and surroundings to progress into areas of strength, endurance, flexibility and nutrition. Our goals is to teach our clients to develop these skills to live their best lives, brings positivity,
confidence and equanimity to their lives.
Founder Tanya Lehman is an ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) certified as well as CPR/ AED certified and with her passion and the Mindful Bodies Fitness team we will help you reach your fitness goals.

MEET TANYA LEHMAN
OWNER, CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER
Tanya Lehman is a ACSM-certified personal trainer and owner of Mindful Bodies, a training platform that focuses on the balance between mind and body for overall fitness.
Tanya spent her childhood and early adult years as an elite dancer. Her love for dance organically turned into her love for fitness in her 20's and has since remained a constant in her life. Over the course of the last 15 years, Tanya has studied and trained under a multitude of fitness professionals, gathering knowledge and techniques from which she created her unique blend of programming for Mindful Bodies. The approach focuses on creating a lean, strong, agile and flexible body, while developing mindfulness.
MEET LOGAN MAINES
CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER
Logan has a passion for fitness! She started her fitness career at Saint Mary’s College of CA and has been going strong ever since. She studied kinesiology with a focus in health and human performance and received her NASM personal training certification last year! She founded the Saint Mary’s personal training program and jumpstarted her career as a fitness specialist in the recreation center. She plans to get her health coach, behavior specialist and corrective exercise certifications in the next coming months. her goal is to create and sustain healthy lifestyles for her clients.

MEET ELLA REICH
CERTIFIED YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Angela is a bay area native from a family of 6 kids. As a child and teen she always played sports. In her mid 20s she joined a local gym and started taking as many classes as she could and then tried yoga. Ever since that first yoga class and meditation she knew she found her purpose and passion. She got her 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher certificate from CSM in spring 2020.
Ella is a pre-nursing student living in Santa Monica who loves to share her passion for music-based movement with others! She has practiced ballet, contemporary, jazz, and hiphop since was 6 years old, and has practiced yoga since she was 15. Ella’s passion for music, movement, and mental health led her to complete her 200 Hour Yoga Teaching Certification from Corepower Yoga and become a teacher for Mindful Bodies Fitness. She can’t wait to share her love for yoga-based workouts with you all!
